The options: PRIVATE LESSON and INTIMATE COOKING at unique Cooking School in Florence.

Program & Prices
PRIVATE LESSON, as described above with wine at table. The recipes can be chosen from the enclosed list. There is also another file with suggestions to compose the menu. I am always happy to help in the choice if the clients ask for, letting me know their preferences.

 

The price is 180 euros the first person; each additional person pays 80 euros. So that 2 people pay 260 euros, 10 people pay 900. The school can accommodate 20-25 people.

The lasting time is three hours , in these spots of time :

10:00 am - 01:00pm
2:30pm - 5:30 pm
06:00-09:00 pm

Day and time must be decided accordingly, as these “frames” of time are not available every day.

Three dishes are made, according to the typical Italian menu, or they can follow a “theme”, based on the client’s request: for example: pasta workshop, ice cream, pizza, vegetarian...

The participants receive apron and recipes. The “private lesson” is for either individuals or groups. The participants are exclusively - or the participant is exclusively –who booked for that space with the chosen recipes.

The chef (Marcella) explains and helps the guests in the execution, that is they are cooking. At the end we sit a nice crystal table to enjoy the meal.

INTIMATE COOKING, it is a class with the same method of the other one, there are two suggested menus, each with four dishes and four paired wines. You can also create your own menu. The price is 180 Euros each person. Minimum for two people. It cannot be done for one person. You can see this brochure in the attachment.

For reservation, half of the payment is required in advance.
