Private Lesson and Intimate Cooking at unique Cooking School in Florence
Three dishes are made, according to the typical Italian menu, or they can follow a “theme”, based on the client’s request.
Private Lesson: as described above with wine at the table. The recipes can be chosen. There is also another file with suggestions to compose the menu. I am always happy to help in the choice if the clients ask for, letting me know their preferences.
Intimate Cooking: it is a class with the same method of the other one, there are two suggested menus, each with four dishes and four paired wines. You can also create your own menu. The price is 180 Euros for each person. Minimum for two people. It cannot be done for one person. You can see this brochure in the attachment.
The school can accommodate 20-25 people.
