Our Tourist Guides, English Speaking Drivers and Driver Guides are Fully Licensed by the Italian Government and all graduates
in foreign languages or in art history.

The minimum duration of a guided tour is two hours (the classic walking tour is three hours)
On some itineraries clients are expected to walk through and from one place to the next , while on others one or more car rides will be needed
Itineraries may vary according to closing and opening sections.
We suggest you write the name of your accomodation, which city is your hotel, relais, bed and breakfst, apartaments, farmhouses, villa.
We suggest use PAYPAL as a safe form of payment (deposit, payment of service required)

Rates Official Travel Guide
HALF DAY (3 hr max) - FULL DAY (6 hour max)
UP TO 15 PAX: HALF DAY € 130.00 FULL DAY € 260.00
FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PAX € 2.00
Each additional hour € 40.00
Supplement from 20.00 to 08.00 (value) € 30.00
Supplement visit bilingual (two languages simultaneously) € 35.00
HALF DAY:
itinerary lasting 3 hours.
For every hour - or fraction of hours than 15 minutes - about the post-maximum period of 3 hours, calculated from dall'orario agreed rate will apply "additional hours".
FULL DAY:
itinerary lasting 6 hours, divided roughly equally between morning and afternoon, and punctuated by a lunch break of up to 1 h 30 min. For every hour - or fraction of hours than 15 minutes - after the maximum duration of 6 hours, calculated from dall'orario agreed rate will apply "additional hours".
NOTE:
Full Day in Florence in the calculation of length of service will not be lunch
Full Day out of Florence: in calculating the duration of the service a lunch break will be counted.counted.
MEETING POINT:
Featured Equestrian Statue Piazza Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica, Museo dell'Opera del Duomo, S. Cross (exit large cloister) for those on foot or in private cars / van with driver.
ALWAYS in your Hotel/accomodation
ALWAYS Via della Dogana (behind Piazza San Marco) or Lungarno della Zecca for those arriving by private bus. Every other meeting point must be agreed and if outside the historic Intramuros wiil be subject to reimbursement of expenses (taxis, petrol, etc.).
MEALS:
Half Day or Full Day in Florence:
guide does not consume meals with clients. If the presence of the guide is required the cost of the meal will be charged to the customer and the time of the meal will be counted as service.
Full day out of Florence:
the cost of the meal of the guide will be charged to the buyer even if not consumed with the customer
Participants:
if the actual number of pax is significantly lower than that booked will still apply the Agreed Fare
Free groups: a companion every 30 pax
CANCELLATIONS:
services canceled between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the service must be paid at 50%, the canceled in the last 24 hours must be paid at 100%

TRANSFER
(assistance arrivals / departures: airport hotels center) € 100.00
For each hour or part thereof plus € 40.00
Reimbursement of expenses:
all expenses incurred to reach the meeting point.
Travel expenses and accommodation where required.
Cancellation of booked services:
services canceled between 72 and 24 hours before the start of the service must be paid at 50%, the canceled in the last 24 hours are paid at 100%.
The escort services that involve 3 days. or more of commitment and that are canceled less than 72 hours in advance must be paid at 100% if canceled between 8 days and 72 hours in advance must be paid at 50%
